Firstly I'd like to thank you all of you who attended track erection last weekend we got a lot done and are on track for our race meeting this Sunday 18th. - All those who didn't have your license and fill in the license number part of the sheet please could you email or text me your license number and name asap. If your license hasn't yet arrived please let me have your number as soon as it has.

There were also unfortunately a few noticeable absences which is very disappointing, as your rule book states failure to attend track erection results in the lose of your first heat of the next attended race meeting. Our Chairman Andrew English is willing to give those who didn't attend last weekend a final chance to avoid this being imposed, so if you were absent last weekend then you MUST be present at track erection this Saturday 17th and be there at 2pm and be seen to be working.

Track erection will be carried out as in previous years where the club members are split in half and attend on alternate dates, this will work slightly differently this year because of the BAS and MAP so track erection will take place as follows:

Saturday 17th March at 2pm - Track Erection GROUP 1

Saturday 14th April at 2pm - Track Erection GROUP 2

The Week running up to the BAS 30th April - 4th May - EVERYONE will be expect to attend at least one evening and if available during the day your help would be greatly appreciated.

The Week running up to the MAP 5th June - 8th June - EVERYONE will be expected to attend at least one evening.

Saturday 30th June at 2pm - EVERYONE to attend to get track ready to shut down after Sundays race meeting.
